To offer a great home for our Sprykees, we have just moved into our new top notch “Spryker Herd Camp”. As a hybrid-remote company, we want every day spent together in the office to be particularly amazing. Therefore, we are looking for a wonderful Herd Camp Manager. Could this be you?

Your challenges

• Play a vital role as the first point of contact for everyone – from fellow Sprykees, to customers, candidates, and investors 
• Create a comfortable and welcoming work environment 
• Be responsible for “feel good” activities to nurture the team spirit (together with your counterpart from our Hamburg office)
• Dive into various exciting projects (e.g. event management, office upgrades, sustainability initiatives, and many more)
• Make sure the office is always equipped and in brilliant condition, by e.g. checking the office, organizing the kitchen and other communal spaces, and by getting in touch with Sprykees to check on their needs
• Develop ideas and strategies, on how things can be done better and faster

Your profile

• An approachable and open-minded personality
• Self-driven with high professional ethos
• Comfortable with and adaptable to a dynamic environment
• Proficient in MS Office and excellent knowledge of new media and tools
• Business fluent in English, German language skills is a plus
• Experienced in running an office is a plus
